Hello my name is Teiva.  My goal is to beat room 2 at everything and to participate  in sports and to get all of my awards at the end of the year.  My favourite colour is BLUE :D .

TURANGAWHAIWHAI  FESTIVAL

THE WHOLE TOWN

ON THE 24TH OF FEBRUARY AT 3:30 KAY,JAMIE AND I WENT BACK TO     SCHOOL BECAUSE THEY HAD TO DO KAPA HAKA IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. THEN I SAW AURORA ,OLIVIA AND AIMEE THEN I WENT WITH THEM FOR A LITTLE BIT BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO MY SHIFT BUT WHEN I GOT THERE I HAD TO GO AND FIND SOME MORE PEOPLE TO HELP ME SO I ASKED AURORA AND OLIVIA TO HELP ME AND THEN THEY SAID YES SO WE WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND AURORA AND I GOT A FREE REFILL FOR HELPING AT THE STORE.  THEN WE FINISHED OUR SHIFT AND WALKED AROUND  THE SCHOOL AND THEN I WENT TO PLAY THE GAME WHEN YOU TRY AND WIN 20 DOLLERS BUT I FAILED.  THEN WE WENT TO VOLUME AT 7:30 AND THEN ME AURORA SELINA AND TEIGAN PLAYED BALL TAG THEN WE HAD TO GO AND SIT DOWN IN THE CHURCH BECAUSE THATS WHERE IT WAS.

WHY DO WE HAVE A TURANGAWAEWAE FESTIVAL? TO CELEBRATE OTHER MULTICULTURAL GROUPS.WHAT DID YOU ENJOY MOST ?WATCHING THE JUMP JAM.

AWAROA.

FRIDAY (16TH) OF MARCH (TOMORROW) WE ARE GOING ON A TRIP TO AWAROA AND DOING HEAPS OF FUN STUFF I HOPE AND WE ARE GOING ON A TWO HOUR WALK AND GOING PAST ALL THE SEALS . IM SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THE AWAROA TRIP IM SO EXCITED BUT WE HAVE TO WAKE UP EARLY:( . 

DUFFY THEATER .

ON THE (15TH) OF MARCH (YESTERDAY) WE HAD A DUFFY SHOW AND THERE WERE NEW CHARACTERS . THERE WAS THIS GUY CALLED SCUFFY AND HIS BROTHER WOULD'NT PLAY WITH HIM SO HE GOT ANGRY BECAUSE HE SAID TOO MANY 5 MINUTES AND THEN THEY MADE two new songs.   That was real cool

Horton Hatches The Egg !!!

Age suitable for 5 and up

Setting : In the Jungle !

Plot ( story ) When Horton goes for a walk threw the jungle and stops in front of Lazy Mayzie the bird  and Lazy Mayzie wanted Horton to look after her little egg and when it hatched it turned out half bird and half elephant !

BOOK WEEK    

1.We have book week because we like to read and dress up.....                                  2.During the week we had drop everything and read....                                             3.On Friday we had a parade and all dressed up....   Thank you Becky...

Gymnastics 

We had gymnastics on the 14th of june (yesterday) . We had to walk from parklands to the recenter and there were alot of school their.  When we got their we had to do zumba.

TREASURE ISLAND

This story starts in the Admiral Benbow, an inn.  Jim  Hawkins (played by Quin) works there.  Billy Bones (played by Shanti) comes to stay.  He has a map.  He was once a pirate, a member of Captain Flint's crew.  He is visited by Black Dog(Stevie )who fights him.  Then the evil Blind Pew (Sasha ) comes and scares him to death.

Jim gets the map.  He gets the Goodies, Dr Livesey (Charlie ),  Mr Dance (Shannen ) and they hire a ship called the Hispaniola.  The captain is Captain Smollett (Makayla ) who gets Long John Silver (Madison ) to collect a crew.  Long John Silver is evil and one of Captain Flint's pirates.  He collects all the other pirates and away they sail.

On the trip Jim  hears of a plot to kill them.  When they get to the island the Goodies go to the stockade.  The baddies go in search of the treasure.  An old pirate called Ben Gunn (Zion ) who has been marooned, arrives and joins the goodies .

Jim takes off and sails the ship around the island.  The pirates have nowhere to go.  There's a big fight.  The pirates are winning until they hear Ben Gunn who they think is a ghost of Captain Flint.  Ben screams horribly..

They all run away and the goodies find the treasure and sail back to England.

My favourite part was : whan zion was acting crazy.

My favourite character was : Zion

The show as a whole was :awesome

Nz's performed creditably winning 6 Golds. 2 Silver and 5 bronze. 

I enjoyed watching the performance when it started and when it finished.
